This is a set of two hemorrhoid relief gel ice packs. I thought they were full silicone wedges when I ordered them, but they are a blue gel inside of a clear package. It does have seams along the flat part. But, the round part is very smooth. The packs are flexible and small enough to fit "comfortably" where you need them most.
The packs come in a little holder with a lid to keep them clean and from getting lost in the freezer. There are two wedges, so you can use one while the other stays cold/use one while the other freezes again. You can use the packs either frozen or warmed in the microwave. If they are too cold, you can let them sit for a bit to warm up to your ideal temperature. They are very easy to clean: just wash with warm, soapy water.
