This is a cute amber teething necklace to help soothe baby when he or she is in teething pain. It works when baby wears it and his or her skin warms the stones. They release some calming properties into baby's skin. This is real amber; I did the float test on it and it passed. The string is durable and there are knots between each bead to make it safer for baby just in case the string does break. The necklace is not stretchy, so baby can't get it off or get tangled in it. You take it on and off via a little screw in clasp. If you don't like it around baby's neck, you can also double it and use it as a bracelet or anklet for baby as well. The necklace also comes with a certificate of authenticity as well as a cute burlap drawstring bag. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.
