This is a recloseable clear plastic tub of dates. It holds 500 mg and the writing on it is not in English, so I don't know what it says. The dates are from Israel and taste great. They are dried and sweet and soft. They are not mushy or wet. They are not too dry or hard. They do contain pits and have a great flavor.

I love snacking on dates because they give you the sensation of snacking and the sweet flavor, but they are really healthy! You can also bake with them or add them to cereal or smoothies, but I usually have eaten them all within a few days, so I don't get to bake with them very often.
