This is a support band for pregnancy. It helps support the weight of your baby belly and help your back pain. It's a wide band of soft, stretchy material (but still sturdy and supportive). It has Velcro to attach the ends, so it's adjustable to a variety of sizes. The Velcro area is nice and large, so you can get a good variety of sizes.
The band is black and about 8.25 inches tall in the back and 4.75 inches tall in the front. I ordered size S and it's 40 inches long. I normally wear size 5 pants, and this band fits me perfectly, but there isn't a ton of room to spare. I'm 5'4" and I did not have any trouble sitting in it. It feels so relieving to have the extra support. It even includes a hot/cold pack for extra relief and a sleeve inside the belt to fit the hot/cold pack.
