I take this CoQ10 to help my cell health in general. I don't necessarily feel any different, but my doctor tells me they can make a difference. I take one softgel per day, so this bottle lasts me 2 months. The softgels are small and oval shaped and are easy to swallow. They are dark khaki colored and smell slightly earthy. They don't taste like anything. I have not had any side effects while taking these. It's a large bottle for a few pills, so it feels like wasted space, but this is common for supplements and not a huge deal.
