This is a manual breast pump set that includes a couple of breast pads, a couple of milk storage bags, a bottle with nipple, a bottle lid with attached storage piece (this was hard to screw on and off properly), pump with handle and phalange, removable soft phalange shield, and phalange cover that doubles as a bottle stand (If you push hard enough). The whole thing is pretty easy to use and take apart for cleaning. The phalange cover is soft and comfortable. The suction is not as strong as some other manuals pumps I've seen, but I think that's a personal preference. It's nice and small, so it's great for travel or using at work, etc. Your hand will get tired after a bit until you get used to it and build up the muscles.
