This is a bottle of 60 softgels of krill oil. This is a great source of DHA. The serving size is one softgel twice per day, so this bottle will last you one month. The pills are dark red (almost black) in color and medium/large in size. They don't have a strong smell and they don't really have a taste as long as you don't hold them in your mouth forever. I did not have any aftertaste or fishy burps or anything with these. This is a great way to increase your health without having to deal with the negatives of fish oil!
